Your Responsibilities
- Perform all standard safety procedures and customer service duties
- Make public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and travel inquiries
- Handle service recovery to resolve guest issues
- Collaborate within a multi-lingual crew to ensure seamless service
Daily Operations
This role involves long-haul international flights, requiring:
- Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Night shift departures and weekend operations
- Flexibility for 24/7 international on-call support and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding
Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
Previous flight attendant experience is not necessary but preferred.
