Your Responsibilities

  • Perform all standard safety procedures and customer service duties
  • Make public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and travel inquiries
  • Handle service recovery to resolve guest issues
  • Collaborate within a multi-lingual crew to ensure seamless service

Daily Operations

This role involves long-haul international flights, requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night shift departures and weekend operations
  • Flexibility for 24/7 international on-call support and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding

Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston
  • Mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English

Previous flight attendant experience is not necessary but preferred.

Career Growth & Compensation
