Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🛫

As a bilingual flight attendant, you will be a critical 'service and support' team member on our trans-Pacific routes, delivering essential 'bilingual support' and compassionate care to guests traveling between the U.S. and Japan. Your responsibilities include:

• Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
• Assisting passengers with customs forms and documentation
• Providing 'service recovery' when issues occur
• Collaborating effectively within a multilingual crew

Daily Responsibilities & Expectations 🗓️

This position focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and varied schedules, including:

• Night departures 🌙
• Weekend operations 💤
• International 'on-call' support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📚

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

• A comprehensive 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
• A mandatory language proficiency test
• While prior experience as a flight attendant is not required, it is preferred
