Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and other needs

Daily Expectations & Flexibility ⏰

This primarily long-haul international role involves multi-day trips, extended layovers, and variable schedules including night departures and weekend operations. Flexibility for on-call international support is essential.

Training & Onboarding 📚

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including language proficiency testing
  • Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required

Career Growth & Compensation 💼

We offer industry-leading wages with an annual base salary estimated between $50,000 and $80,000 (including language pay). Our benefits package includes profit sharing and extensive travel privileges on United and Star Alliance partners.
