Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Conduct all public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other documentation
- Provide support in service recovery for any issues that arise
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison within a multi-lingual crew
Daily Responsibilities
This role focuses on long-haul international flights. Be prepared for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and a flexible schedule that includes night departures and weekend operations. The position requires 100% flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled flights. 🌙✈️
Training & Onboarding
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. You will complete a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, which includes a mandatory language proficiency test. Prior experience as a flight attendant is not required but is considered a plus. 📚📝
