🛫 Your Role & Responsibilities
- Perform standard safety and service duties
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic 'liaison'
- Conduct public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and travel needs
- Handle 'service recovery' and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew
📝 Your Day-to-Day
This role primarily involves long-haul international flights, which require flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend operations. You must be prepared for a 24/7 schedule, including international 'on-call support' (reserve).
🎓 Training & Onboarding
- Minimum of 2+ years customer service experience
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- No prior flight attendant experience needed; preferred but not required
💼 Career & Compensation
