As a Bilingual Flight Attendant (Japanese), you will be vital in supporting our trans-Pacific operations, ensuring passengers' safety and comfort while delivering world-class service. Your role entails:
- Providing bilingual support and compassionate care to guests traveling to and from Japan
- Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assisting passengers with customs forms and other needs

🗓️ Typical Day & Working Conditions
This position focuses on long-haul international flights, often involving:
- Multi-day trips with extended layovers
- Night shifts and weekend operations
- Flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled flights
This role requires 100% flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including during nights and weekends.
🎓 Training & Onboarding
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Attend a comprehensive 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency testing in Japanese and English
- Prior flight attendant experience is not required but preferred
