Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform standard safety and service duties onboard
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between crew and passengers
- Make public announcements in Japanese and English 🗣️

- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew
A Day in Your Life
This position involves long-haul international travel requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and varied schedules. You'll be on call for international support, including night shifts and weekend operations.
Training & Onboarding
Candidates need at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, featuring a mandatory language proficiency test. No prior flight attendant experience is required but is considered a plus.
