Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Service & Support: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure passenger safety
  • Bilingual Communication: Make announcements and assist guests in both Japanese and English

  • Liaison: Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge onboard

Daily Routine & Schedule

This position is tailored for long-haul international flights, requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Flexibility for night departures and weekend operations
  • 100% availability for international 'on-call support' (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding

To qualify, candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The process includes:

  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston, TX
  • A mandatory language proficiency test

No prior flight attendant experience is required but is considered a plus.

Career Growth & Compensation
