Your Role & Responsibilities
- Service & Support: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure passenger safety
- Bilingual Communication: Make announcements and assist guests in both Japanese and English
- Passenger Assistance: Help with customs forms and resolve issues with service recovery
- Liaison: Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge onboard
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew
Daily Routine & Schedule
This position is tailored for long-haul international flights, requiring:
- Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Flexibility for night departures and weekend operations
- 100% availability for international 'on-call support' (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding
To qualify, candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The process includes:
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston, TX
- A mandatory language proficiency test
No prior flight attendant experience is required but is considered a plus.
Career Growth & Compensation
