Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Providing passenger assistance with customs forms
  • Supporting service recovery when issues arise
  • Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual crew

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

This position involves:

  • Long-haul international travel ✈️

  • Night shifts and weekend operations 🌙
  • Flexibility for international 'on-call' support (reserve) and scheduled flights (lines) 🕑

Training & Onboarding

Applicants should have:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Participation in a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test

Note: No prior flight attendant experience required, but it is preferred.
