Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️
- Provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care to guests traveling between the U.S. and Japan.
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English 🎙️
- Assist passengers with customs forms and resolve service issues (service recovery)
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multi-lingual crew to ensure safety and excellent service
Daily Responsibilities & Expectations
This role focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend operations. Be ready for international 'on-call support' (reserve) and scheduled flights.
Training & Qualifications 🎓
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Complete a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- No prior flight attendant experience needed, but it is preferred
