Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳

• Provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care to passengers traveling to and from Japan

• Assist passengers with customs forms and other inquiries
• Engage in service recovery and resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multi-lingual crew as a cultural and linguistic liaison

Daily Responsibilities & Expectations 🗓️

This role focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring readiness for:

• Multi-day trips with extended layovers
• Night departures and weekend operations
• Flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Note: A high level of flexibility is essential for this 24/7 role.

Training & Onboarding 📚

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

• A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
• Mandatory language proficiency testing in Japanese and English
• Prior flight attendant experience is preferred, but not required
