Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Responsibilities include:

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 🕒

  • Multi-day trips and extended layovers 🌍
  • Night shift departures 🌙
  • Weekend operations 🗓️
  • Full flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 🎓

The position requires:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston 🏢
  • Mandatory language proficiency testing in Japanese and English 📝
  • Prior flight attendant experience is not required but preferred
