Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Conduct all public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
- Support service recovery and resolve passenger issues with empathy
- Collaborate effectively within a multilingual crew
Daily Responsibilities
This role focuses on long-haul international flights. You should be prepared for:
- Multi-day trips with extended layovers
- Night shifts and weekend operations
- Flexible availability for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding
Candidates need 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:
- A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
- A mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
- No prior experience as a flight attendant is required, but preferred
