Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

  • Conduct all public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
  • Support service recovery and resolve passenger issues with empathy
  • Collaborate effectively within a multilingual crew

Daily Responsibilities

This role focuses on long-haul international flights. You should be prepared for:

  • Multi-day trips with extended layovers
  • Night shifts and weekend operations
  • Flexible availability for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding

Candidates need 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

  • A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • A mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
  • No prior experience as a flight attendant is required, but preferred
