Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform standard safety and service duties onboard
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other needs
- Manage service recovery situations
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual crew
Your Day-to-Day
This role focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring multi-day trips, extended layovers, and night/weekend shifts. Flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines is essential. 🌙🕒
Training & Onboarding
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
- Attend a 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency test
- No prior flight attendant experience is required, but preferred
