Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison, making announcements in both Japanese and English, assisting passengers with customs forms, and handling service recovery. Your team collaboration skills are crucial in our diverse, multi-lingual crew environment.

Daily Responsibilities 📅

  • Focus on long-haul international flights
  • Prepare for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Manage night shift departures and weekend operations
  • Maintain 100% flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📋

Applicants should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, which incorporates a mandatory language proficiency test. Prior flight attendant experience is not required but can be advantageous.

Career Development & Compensation 💼
