Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge for our passengers. Your responsibilities include:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This position primarily involves long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and varied schedules, including night departures and weekend operations. The role demands 100% flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines.

Training & Onboarding

Candidates need a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. The process includes:

  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston 🏢
  • Mandatory language proficiency test 🔍
  • Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required ✈️

Career Growth & Compensation
