Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️
- Provide standard safety instructions and premium service to passengers
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
- Make bilingual public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation
- Handle service recovery and resolve passenger issues empathetically

A Typical Day-On-Board & Lifestyle 🚍
This role involves long-haul international flights requiring flexibility for:
- Multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Night shift departures and weekend operations
- 24/7 availability for international 'on-call' support (reserve flights) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 📚
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Attend a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not mandatory
