Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 💼
- Perform standard safety and service duties
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison
- Make announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms
- Handle service recovery issues with care
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew
Daily Responsibilities
This position involves long-haul international travel. Be prepared for:
- Multi-day trips & extended layovers
- Night shift departures
- Weekend operations
This is a 24/7 role requiring full flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines.
Training & Onboarding 🏫
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency test
- No experience as a flight attendant is required but preferred
