Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform standard safety procedures and onboard services
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English

Your Day-to-Day
This position involves long-haul international flights. Be prepared for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend schedules. The role offers 100% flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines.
Training & Onboarding
Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, which features a mandatory language proficiency test. Prior flight attendant experience is not necessary but preferred. 🎓
Career & Compensation
