Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

  • Provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care for passengers traveling to and from Japan 🇯🇵

Daily Responsibilities

This role focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for extended trips, layovers, and a schedule that may include night shifts and weekend operations. Must be prepared for international 'on-call' support (reserve) duties and scheduled lines.

Training & Onboarding

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston and a mandatory language proficiency test. Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required.

Career Progression & Compensation

United offers a competitive industry wage, with an estimated annual base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 including language pay. Benefits include profit sharing, extensive travel privileges, and career growth opportunities across our global network.
