Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🌏
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between the airline and guests
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other documentation
- Resolve service issues promptly through effective service recovery
- Collaborate with a diverse, multilingual crew to deliver seamless service
What Your Day Looks Like 🕰️
This role involves international, long-haul flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend operations. Candidates must be adaptable for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled duties.
Training & Onboarding 📚
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Attend a comprehensive 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
- Training includes a mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese
- No prior flight attendant experience necessary, but preferred
Career Growth & Compensation 💼
