Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making all public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Providing passenger assistance with customs forms
  • Helping with service recovery for any issues
  • Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual team

Daily Responsibilities

This role centers on long-haul international flights, requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Handling night shifts
  • Working on weekends
  • Full flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled shifts

Training & Onboarding

Candidate requirements include:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Attendance at our 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
  • No previous flight attendant experience is necessary but preferred

Career & Compensation
