Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Your responsibilities include:
- Making all public announcements in Japanese and English
- Providing passenger assistance with customs forms
- Helping with service recovery for any issues
- Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual team
Daily Responsibilities
This role centers on long-haul international flights, requiring:
- Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Handling night shifts
- Working on weekends
- Full flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled shifts
Training & Onboarding
Candidate requirements include:
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience
- Attendance at our 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- No previous flight attendant experience is necessary but preferred
