Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳
- Provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care to guests traveling to and from Japan 🇯🇵
- Make public announcements in both Japanese and English 🗣️
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other travel-related needs ✍️
- Engage in service recovery and resolve any onboard issues with cultural sensitivity 💖
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual crew as a vital team member 🤝
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role focuses on long-haul international flights, requiring adaptability for:
- Multi-day trips and extended layovers ⏳
- Night shift departures and weekend operations 🌙
- Flexible international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines 🛫
Training & Onboarding 🎓
This position requires:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Completion of a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a language proficiency test 🎯
- While previous flight attendant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory ✈️
