Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct safety procedures and provide in-flight service
• Make public announcements in Japanese and English
• Assist passengers with customs forms and travel documentation

• Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew

Daily Operations & Schedule

This position is primarily focused on long-haul international flights. Be prepared for:

• Multi-day trips and extended layovers
• Night departures and weekend schedules
• Flexible, 24/7 on-call support (reserve), with scheduled shifts (lines)

Training & Onboarding

Candidates need a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. Training is a 6.5-week paid program in Houston, covering:

• Language proficiency testing
• Flight attendant certification (experience not required but preferred)

Career Progression & Compensation
