Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant
- Perform standard safety and service duties
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison for Japanese-speaking passengers

- Support service recovery for any issues that arise
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual team
Daily Responsibilities
This role involves long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for multi-day trips, extended layovers, night shifts, and weekend operations. It is a 24/7 position that entails being on-call and adaptable to changes in schedule. 🛫⏰
Training & Onboarding
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- No prior flight attendant experience necessary, but preferred
