Training & Onboarding 🎓

  • Minimum of 2+ years customer service experience required
  • Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • Mandatory language proficiency test
  • Previous flight attendant experience is *preferred* but not required

Career Growth & Compensation 💼
