Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🌐
Beyond standard safety and service duties, you'll serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison. Responsibilities include:

- Handling service recovery for issues that may arise
- Collaborating effectively with a multi-lingual crew
Daily Responsibilities & Work Environment 🕒
This position involves long-haul international flights, with opportunities for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and shifts that may include:
- Night departures
- Weekend operations
Due to the nature of international travel, flexibility is essential for on-call support and scheduled lines, often requiring 24/7 availability.
Training & Onboarding 🎓
Applicants need a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency testing
No prior flight attendant experience is necessary, though it is preferred.
