Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️

• Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
• Make all public announcements in Japanese and English
• Assist with customs forms and provide passenger assistance
• Help with service recovery and resolve any issues
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multi-lingual crew

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🚀

This role involves:

• Long-haul international flights
• Multi-day trips and extended layovers
• Night shift departures and weekend operations
• Flexible, international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled line duties

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Prospective candidates need:

• 6.5-week paid training in Houston
• Mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
• Flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
