Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🛫

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 🗓️

This position involves long-haul international flights, requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night shift departures

  • Flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📚

Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston
  • A mandatory language proficiency test

No previous flight attendant experience is required, but it is preferred.

Career Growth & Compensation 💼

United offers an industry-leading wage with an estimated annual base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 (including language pay). Our benefits package includes profit sharing and outstanding global travel privileges on United and Star Alliance partners.
