Role Overview ✈️
As a Bilingual Flight Attendant (Language Qualified), especially proficient in Japanese, you will support our trans-Pacific operations by providing essential service and support, including:
- Delivering world-class service and ensuring passenger safety
- Making public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assisting passengers with customs forms
- Handling service recovery for any issues
- Acting as a cultural and linguistic liaison within the crew
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🚀
This role is centered around long-haul international flights, requiring:
- Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Night shift departures and weekend operations
- Complete flexibility for international 'on-call support' and assigned schedules
Training & Onboarding 🎓
Requirements include:
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
- Prior experience as a flight attendant is NOT required but is advantageous
