Role Overview ✈️

As a Bilingual Flight Attendant (Language Qualified), especially proficient in Japanese, you will support our trans-Pacific operations by providing essential service and support, including:

  • Delivering world-class service and ensuring passenger safety
  • Making public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assisting passengers with customs forms
  • Handling service recovery for any issues
  • Acting as a cultural and linguistic liaison within the crew

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🚀

This role is centered around long-haul international flights, requiring:

  • Preparation for multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night shift departures and weekend operations
  • Complete flexibility for international 'on-call support' and assigned schedules

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Requirements include:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
  • Prior experience as a flight attendant is NOT required but is advantageous
