Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

  • Perform standard safety and customer service duties
  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic 'liaison'
  • Make announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and service recovery
  • Collaborate effectively within a multilingual crew

Daily Responsibilities & Working Conditions 🗓️

This position involves:

  • Long-haul international flights
  • Extended layovers and multi-day trips
  • Night shift departures and weekend operations
  • Full flexibility for international 'on-call support' (reserve) and scheduled lines

Training & Qualifications 🎓

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including language proficiency testing
  • Previous flight attendant experience is not required but preferred
