Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver safety and service duties during flights
  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison for Japanese-speaking passengers
  • Make bilingual public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and resolution of issues (service recovery)
  • Support team collaboration within a multi-lingual crew

Day-to-Day Expectations

This role involves extended international travel, including multi-day trips, long layovers, and night departures. Flexibility is essential, as the schedule includes weekend shifts, on-call support, and reserve duties to ensure passenger needs are met around the clock.

Training & Onboarding

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service preferred; no prior flight attendant experience required
  • Training: 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test

Career Growth & Compensation
