Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

As a critical part of our trans-Pacific operations, you will provide essential bilingual support and compassionate care to guests traveling to and from Japan. Your responsibilities include:

• Making public announcements in both Japanese and English
• Assisting passengers with customs forms
• Handling service recovery for any issues that arise
• Serving as a cultural and linguistic liaison within a multi-lingual crew

Your Day-to-Day

This role centers around long-haul international flights, requiring readiness for:

• Multi-day trips and extended layovers
• Night shift departures
• Weekend operations
• International on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines

Flexibility and adaptability are key!

Training & Onboarding

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes:

• A 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
• A mandatory language proficiency test

No prior experience as a flight attendant is required, but it is preferred.

Career Development & Compensation
