Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🌏

• Perform standard safety and service duties
• Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison

• Work collaboratively within a multi-lingual crew (team collaboration)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🗓️

This position involves long-haul international flights, requiring flexibility for:

• Multi-day trips and extended layovers
• Night shifts and weekend operations
• International on-call support (reserve) & scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 📚

• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience needed
• Complete a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
• Mandatory language proficiency test in Japanese and English
• No prior flight attendant experience required, but preferred

Career Growth & Compensation 💼
