Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎧🛄
Beyond standard safety and service duties, you will serve as a linguistic and cultural liaison, making public announcements in both Japanese and English, assisting passengers with customs forms, and handling service recovery issues with care. Strong team collaboration skills are essential in our multi-lingual crew environment.
Typical Day & Travel Schedule ✈️🌙
- Primarily focused on long-haul international flights
- Prepared for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Operate on a schedule that includes night shifts and weekend departures
- Role requires 100% flexibility for international on-call support (reserve) and scheduled lines
Training & Onboarding 📚📝
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston with a mandatory language proficiency test. Prior flight attendant experience is not required but is a plus.
Career Development & Compensation 💼💸
