Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🌐

• Perform all standard safety and service duties with a focus on passenger care 🛡️
• Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison, bridging communication between passengers and crew 🌏
• Make public announcements in both Japanese and English 🗣️
• Assist passengers with customs forms and provide 'passenger assistance' 🤝
• Handle 'service recovery' issues to ensure passenger satisfaction 🔄
• Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew team 🤝

Daily Responsibilities & Work Environment 🕒

• Specialized in long-haul international flights ✈️
• Prepare for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and varied schedules including 'night shift' departures 🌙
• Availability for 24/7 'on-call support' and flexible scheduling (lines) 🔄

Training & Onboarding 📚

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required 💼
• Attend a comprehensive 6.5-week paid training in Houston 💰, including a mandatory Japanese language proficiency test 📝
• Prior flight attendant experience is preferred but not required — 'no experience necessary' 🛫
