Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🇯🇵✈️

  • Perform all safety and service duties meticulously
  • Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between crew and passengers
  • Make public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and provide support during service recovery
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse, multilingual team

Training & Onboarding 📚

Candidates need a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. The role includes:

  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston
  • A mandatory language proficiency test
  • While previous flight attendant experience is not required, it is preferred
