Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🇯🇵✈️
- Perform all safety and service duties meticulously
- Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between crew and passengers
- Make public announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and provide support during service recovery
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse, multilingual team
What to Expect Day-to-Day 🗓️
- Focus on long-haul international flights
- Be prepared for multi-day trips and extended layovers
- Work varied shifts, including night departures and weekend operations
- Remain flexible for international 'on-call support' and scheduled flights
Training & Onboarding 📚
Candidates need a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience. The role includes:
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston
- A mandatory language proficiency test
- While previous flight attendant experience is not required, it is preferred
