Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

Beyond routine safety and service responsibilities, you will act as a cultural and linguistic liaison, facilitating communication for Japanese-speaking guests. Your duties include:

  • Making all public announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assisting passengers with customs forms
  • Handling service recovery for any issues on board
  • Collaborating effectively within a multi-lingual crew

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 🗓️

This position involves:

  • Long-haul international flights
  • Multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night departures and weekend operations
  • Flexible on-call support for international flights (reserve) and scheduled lines

Flexibility and adaptability are essential to succeed in this 24/7 role.

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Candidates need a minimum of 2+ years customer service experience. Training is a 6.5-week paid program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test. No prior flight attendant experience is required but is preferred.
