As a Bilingual Flight Attendant specializing in Japanese, you will be a vital part of our trans-Pacific operations, providing exceptional support and care to our Japanese guests. Fluency in Japanese and English is required.

Your Role & Responsibilities 🎯
- Perform standard safety and service duties on long-haul international flights.
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison, making public announcements in Japanese and English.
- Assist passengers with customs forms and provide support during service recovery.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual crew in a team-oriented environment.
Daily Operations & Schedule 📅
This role entails extensive international travel, including multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend operations. Flexibility for on-call international support is essential.
Training & Onboarding 📚
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test.
- No prior flight attendant experience necessary, but preferred.
