Role Overview ✈️

As a Bilingual Flight Attendant specializing in Japanese, you will be a vital part of our trans-Pacific operations, providing exceptional support and care to our Japanese guests. Fluency in Japanese and English is required.

Your Role & Responsibilities 🎯

  • Perform standard safety and service duties on long-haul international flights.
  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison, making public announcements in Japanese and English.
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and provide support during service recovery.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual crew in a team-oriented environment.

Daily Operations & Schedule 📅

This role entails extensive international travel, including multi-day trips, extended layovers, night departures, and weekend operations. Flexibility for on-call international support is essential.

Training & Onboarding 📚

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test.
  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary, but preferred.

Career Growth & Compensation 💼
