Your Responsibilities
- Safety & Service: Perform all safety procedures and service duties.
- Cultural & Linguistic Liaison: Make announcements in Japanese and English.
- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with customs forms and other needs.
- Service Recovery: Address and resolve passenger issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a multilingual crew.
Daily Operations
This role is focused on long-haul international flights, requiring readiness for multi-day trips, extended layovers, and night shift departures. Flexibility is key for on-call support and scheduled lines, including weekends.
Training & Onboarding
Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience. The onboarding process includes a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, featuring a mandatory language proficiency test. Prior flight attendant experience is not required but is preferred.
