Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🗣️

  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule 📅

This position is tailored for long-haul international flights. You should be prepared for:

  • Multi-day trips and extended layovers
  • Night shifts and weekend operations
  • Flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines

Training & Onboarding 🚀

Candidates need at least 2+ years of customer service experience. The training includes:

  • 6.5-week paid program in Houston
  • Mandatory language proficiency test
  • No prior flight attendant experience required, but preferred

Career Growth & Compensation 💼

United offers an industry-leading wage with an annual base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 (including language pay). Benefits include:
