Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

Your main priority will be safety, but you will also act as a key liaison for our Spanish-speaking passengers. Responsibilities include:

• Making announcements in both English and Spanish
• Assisting passengers with customs forms
• Providing genuine passenger assistance with compassion and care
• Collaborating closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights

Daily Responsibilities

This entry-level role demands 100% flexibility to operate within a 24/7/365 schedule, including:

• Day shifts and overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve) shifts to respond at short notice during peak seasons and holidays

Training & Onboarding

We offer 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, where you'll learn:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service and service recovery techniques
• Spanish language proficiency testing is required
