Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🌟

Your main focus is ensuring safety onboard, while also serving as a vital 'liaison' for Spanish-speaking guests. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights

Daily Responsibilities ⚙️

This role requires full flexibility across a 24/7/365 operation, including:

• Day shifts, overnight flights, and weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve shifts), with the need to fly on short notice during holidays and peak travel seasons

Training & Onboarding 🚀

Participants will undergo 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service and service recovery techniques
• Language proficiency test in Spanish is required
