Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎙️🧳

Your main responsibilities revolve around safety, but you'll also serve as a vital liaison for our Spanish-speaking guests:

• Making announcements and assisting with customs forms
• Providing genuine passenger assistance with compassion and care
• Collaborating closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights

Daily Responsibilities & Flexibility

This is an entry-level role requiring 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation. Your schedule may include:

• Day shifts for departures
• Overnight flights staying through the night
• Weekend shifts and holidays
• On-call support shifts, ready to fly at a moment's notice during peak seasons

Training & Onboarding 🚀

We offer 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering:
