Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

As a key team member, your main focus is safety. You will act as a liaison for Spanish-speaking guests, providing assistance such as making announcements, helping with customs forms, and offering genuine passenger care with compassion. Collaboration with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights, is essential.

Daily Responsibilities

This entry-level position demands 100% flexibility for a 24/7/365 operation, including:

• Day shifts and overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support shifts (reserve), ready to fly at a moment’s notice, especially during peak seasons and holidays

Training & Onboarding

Participation includes a 4-week paid training in Minneapolis covering:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service and service recovery techniques
• Spanish language proficiency test (required)
