Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️
Your primary focus is safety, but you will also serve as a vital liaison for Spanish-speaking guests. Your responsibilities include:
- Making announcements in both languages
- Assisting with customs forms
- Providing genuine passenger assistance with compassion and care
- Collaborating closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights
Daily Responsibilities & Schedule ⏰
This entry-level role demands full flexibility to operate 24/7/365. Your schedule may include:
- Day shifts
- Overnight flights
- Weekend schedules
- On-call support (reserve shifts)—ready to fly at a moment’s notice, especially during holidays and peak seasons
Training & Onboarding 📚
You will undergo 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering everything from FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures to our in-flight service standards and service recovery techniques. A Spanish language proficiency test is required as part of the onboarding process.
