Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤

Your main responsibilities focus on safety and guest support:

• Be a liaison for Spanish-speaking passengers
• Make announcements and assist with customs forms
• Provide passenger assistance with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international routes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This is an entry-level role that requires full flexibility to operate 24/7/365. Your schedule may include:

• Day shifts and overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve) shifts, especially during peak seasons and holidays

Training & Onboarding ✈️

We offer a comprehensive 4-week paid training program in Minneapolis, covering:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service and service recovery techniques
• Spanish language proficiency test is required
