Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️

As a primary focus, your main mission is ensuring safety onboard. Additionally, you will serve as a key 'liaison' for Spanish-speaking guests, handling announcements, assisting with customs forms, and providing passenger support with genuine care and compassion. You will collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights.

Daily Responsibilities 🗓️

• Be flexible for a 24/7/365 operation, including daytime, overnight, and weekend flights
• Respond to on-call (reserve) shifts, ready to fly at a moment’s notice
• Support peak travel seasons and holidays in a dynamic work environment

Training & Onboarding 🎓

Participate in 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis, covering FAA safety protocols, emergency procedures, in-flight service, and service recovery techniques. A Spanish language proficiency test is required to successfully complete onboarding.
