Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant ✈️

Your main responsibilities revolve around ensuring passenger safety and providing exemplary bilingual support. You will:

  • Make announcements and assist with customs forms for Spanish-speaking guests
  • Support passengers with genuine care, compassion, and assistance
  • Collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff on international flights

Daily Responsibilities & Flexibility

This entry-level role requires your full flexibility to operate within a 24/7/365 schedule. You should be prepared for:

  • Day and night shift departures
  • Overnight flights
  • Weekend schedules
  • On-call reserve shifts, especially during holidays and peak seasons

Training & Onboarding 📚

We provide 4 weeks of paid comprehensive training in Minneapolis covering:

  • FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
  • In-flight service techniques and service recovery
  • Spanish language proficiency assessment
