Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🛫

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring passenger safety
• Acting as a liaison for Spanish-speaking guests
• Making announcements and assisting with customs forms

• Collaborating effectively with pilots and ground staff, especially on international flights

Daily Responsibilities & Schedule

This is an entry-level role requiring complete flexibility in a 24/7/365 operation. You should be prepared for:

• Day shifts and overnight flights
• Weekend schedules
• On-call support (reserve shifts), including during holidays and peak seasons for sun destinations

Training & Onboarding 📚

We offer four weeks of paid training held in Minneapolis, where you will learn:

• FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
• In-flight service techniques and service recovery
• Language proficiency testing in Spanish is required
